From father to son… Robert, the father was a fisher man : bass, sea bream, eel,…
Yvan, the son take carry on with the shellfish.
Then, Yvan decide to build a shellfish farm and Karine, his wife, join him.
We decide to develop the commercialization of our 1st choice oysters and our mussels.
We move in a bigger and better equipped farm. There, we do our best to produce high quality products. In the meantime, Karine welcome the tourists and tells the story of our farm.
In order to satisfied our client palates, Karine scalles the shellfish and cooks for you.
Finally, you can take some sea “souvenirs” like some oysters and mussel or a bottle of local wine.
